Enable a cool gradient overlay on your Grid View in Leopard's Stacks.

Use the following in Terminal to Enable:
defaults write com.apple.dock mouse-over-hilte-stack -boolean YES

To Disable:
defaults write com.apple.dock mouse-over-hilte-stack -boolean NO
