Quick Tip #056

For Leopard users:
Simple terminal commands for adding a custom login message to your Mac.

To create a custom message:
sudo defaults write /Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow LoginwindowText “If Found Please Call 555-1212”

To delete the custom message:
sudo defaults delete /Library/Preferences/com.apple.loginwindow LoginwindowText
